- Teams of 3 members — same or mixed Local Organizations
- Each member must be a bona fide JCI Philippines member from Area 4, approved by their LO President
- LO Presidents may compete with ASEC and AVP approval, since it runs during the ACM
- Speeches delivered fully in English; formal business attire required
- Arrive 30 minutes early for draw lots and rule briefing
